About the Position:We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts. You will be responsible for curating original graphics, text, and video content, managing posts, and engaging with our community by responding to followers. Your role will encompass maintaining a consistent company image to realize our marketing objectives. As the Social Media Manager, we expect you to remain updated on the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and algorithmic changes. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to creatively convey our company’s viewpoints are essential. Ultimately, you will be accountable for maintaining The Skin Clique’s strong social media presence, driving web traffic, and enhancing customer engagement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, photos, videos, news) across platforms.
- Develop engaging content (photography, videos, live streams, graphics) that aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Supervise aesthetics of social media accounts (e.g., timeline cover, profile pictures, layout).
- Engagement & Interaction:
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
- Foster relationships and engage in conversations on owned channels.
- Prioritize real-time audience interactions.
- Introduce innovative engagement ideas during team discussions.
- Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for brand uniformity.
- Exemplify the brand’s voice in all interactions.
- Foster relationships with influencers and monitor their channels.
- Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
- Establish specific objectives and report ROI.
- Provide weekly insights based on account analytics and community trends.
- Deliver sentiment analysis, community trends, and insights from social listening.
- Research benchmark trends and monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Strategy, Innovation & Process Improvement:
- Devise a social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Introduce ideas to amplify engagement and optimize processes.
- Proactively identify brand opportunities through social listening.
- Propose and implement features for brand visibility (e.g., promotions, contests).
- Enhance workflows for community management and issue resolution.
- Education & Monitoring:
- Maintain an updated response grid.
- Monitor provider social media channels and offer corrective suggestions.
- Develop a social media curriculum for Skin Clique providers.
- Stay updated with the latest in social media technology, design tools, and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for a rapidly growing brand
- Hands-on experience in content management and creation
- Proficiency in SAAS platforms including Canva, Adobe Suite, Planoly, SproutSocial, HubSpot, Microsoft, and Meta Ads is preferred
- Strong comprehension of online outreach and the ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies
- Outstanding copywriting and communication skills
- Capability to generate creative content (text, images, and videos)
- Sound knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with online marketing channels
- Understanding of web design
- Analytical and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently, as well as within a team
