Social Media Community Strategist Job
Quire is seeking an exceptional Community Strategist specializing in social media. A huge plus would be experience building communities for Interactive Entertainment brands. You will be part of the team leading the restructuring of a digital media company.

Quire is looking for a talented Community Strategist to support one of our projects. In this role, you will be supporting the team by providing insights related to effective approaches to building community on social media platforms. You will be required to use traditional data and case studies to support the validity of your suggestions and present your work in a highly professional format.
Specifically, we are hoping to find candidates that are versed in the social communities that surround the interactive entertainment on social media.
You will work with a group of highly experienced consultants, strategists, financial analysts, and operators as part of a corporate restructuring and strategic realignment. Because this is a restructuring, the working environment is very fast paced, requires the highest professionalism, and is stressful.
This is a seven (7) week project.
You will be working as a contractor and not an employee. The work is highly complex, fast paced, and requires the utmost skill and professionalism.

This position is remote, and no travel is required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a comprehensive strategy for community growth grounded in research
Defining clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for analysis
Present concepts and trends via written reports and ideation meetings
Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
Meet quick-turnaround deadlines and manage in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Exceptional communication, cognitive thinking, and logical reasoning skills
Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and communicate findings in a way that is easy to understand
Deep knowledge and experience in Engagement Strategy, Interactive Media, and Community Growth/Retention
Must be a self-starter with clear attention to detail and high personal standards
