Normal Bear Media, LLC is a full-service marketing agency based in Auburn, Washington. We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality paid search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms for all clients and all internal paid search initiatives for Normal Bear Media
  • Creating relevant campaigns/ad groups and ads (search, display, shopping, video, etc.)- for new and existing clients
  • Conducting keyword research and building out effective and high-performing ad groups and campaigns
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance and making recommendations and appropriate changes for optimization
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that paid search campaigns align with overall marketing strategies
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including routine management of budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, website and category exclusions, and negative keyword strategies.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices for paid search
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients by answering questions and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to clients and management
  • Forecast and plan paid search growth, and clearly communicate these growth opportunities with the client

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or commiserate experience
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads- certifications preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and creating, updating, and managing spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
