Perform Media is looking for a strong Digital Media Buyer to join our team and help us achieve our clients’ goals. We are aggressively looking to build out LEAD GEN and Programmatic buying. Our focus is on the following Verticals: AUTO, EDU, PHARMA, Insurance, Home Services, Mortgage, and Debt. As a Digital Media Buyer, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns for our LEAD GEN offers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that align with our demand partners objectives and budgets while maximizing their ROI. We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
Media Planning: Research and analyze media options, identifying the most effective channels and platforms to reach target demographics. Develop media plans that consider budget allocation, flighting, and frequency.
Media Buying: Execute media buys across various digital channels, including but not limited to display, programmatic, social, search, and video. Negotiate rates, secure placements, and ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage media budgets, ensuring campaigns stay on track and optimizing spending to maximize results.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, staying informed about new opportunities and industry trends.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting targeting, creative, and other variables to improve ROI.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing clients with clear and insightful metrics and KPI tracking.
Adherence to Industry Standards: Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to digital media buying and advertising technologies.
Proven experience working within the LEAD GEN and Programmatic digital space.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer, preferably in an agency setting- minimum 2 years
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including programmatic, social, and search.
Familiar with buying on top buying platforms: Google Ad Words, Facebook, IG, Pinterest, You Tube, Trade Desk, Tik Tok, Taboola, many more.
Experience signing up direct publishers to set up media buys.
Proficiency in media planning and buying tools, as well as data analytics platforms.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
