Digital Marketing Specialist Job


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales by using a variety of digital channels and tools. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars to increase engagement and followership
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display ads, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions
  • Track, analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, social media engagement, and advertising ROI
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend new strategies and tactics to the marketing team

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Experience working with marketing automation software, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, is a plus

Working Conditions

The Digital Marketing Specialist may work in an office environment, but the job may require some remote work or travel. They may work outside of normal business hours to monitor campaigns or attend meetings. The job may require sitting for extended periods and using a computer for long hours.
